Minister of Local Development meets Moroccan Minister of Energy
Major General Hisham Amna, Minister of Local Development, met at the Egyptian pavilion in the Blue Zone with Dr. Laila Benali, Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development of the Kingdom of Morocco, on the sidelines of the climate conference in Sharm El-Sheikh.
The Minister of Local Development expressed his appreciation for the depth and distinction of bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries within the framework of the friendly relations between the two peoples and the leaderships of the two countries.
Major General Hicham Amna pointed out his aspiration to cooperate with the Moroccan Ministry of Local Development, develop relations and exchange experiences in the field of local development, decentralization and public services.
The Moroccan minister praised the remarkable success of the Egyptian state in organizing a huge global event the size of the climate summit, stressing that the brilliant and good organization of this global event raises the name of every Arab.
Dr. Leila Benali confirmed that she will convey the desire of the Ministry of Local Development to officials in the Moroccan Ministry of Local Development to strengthen relations within the framework of the Moroccan political leadership's guidance to support Egypt's relations in various fields.
