Next week, the Local Development Training Center in Saqqara will organize a specialized training course to develop administrative and leadership skills for women leaders in executive work in the governorates, benefiting 54 women leaders in the governorates, 2 from each governorate. distance.

Major General Hisham Amna, Minister of Local Development, stressed that the ministry's interest in supporting the role of women and involving them in development plans is based on a deep awareness of their distinguished role, which President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi always praises, and always emphasizes the role of women and their high position as a basic support in comprehensive development, pointing out To the keenness of the Ministry of Local Development to implement the strategy of empowering women as one of the goals of Egypt’s 2030 strategy, especially the goals that work to achieve social justice and consolidate the principle of equal opportunities to ensure the integration of the needs of the Egyptian family, especially women and children, within development projects in the governorates.

Major General Hisham Amna explained that the training program aims to raise the capabilities of women leaders to benefit from them in leadership at all levels and create generations of women leaders to consolidate the principle of equal opportunities and empower women to manage knowledge and practice, as well as to exchange scientific experiences between generations, and depends on increasing specialized functional skills and personal leadership skills.
